The car is very nice, however it doesnt seem to be modded much
and not sure why they would have picked it other than, again,
its a nice looking car and photo.

I wouldnt be surprised if the guy from NX reads this and ends up
removing the pic to kill the controversy and not further upset anyone.

I hve a Flickr page with hundreds of my photos, many of them fairly decent racing car images. Looking through the online catalog of SMTS, a favorite British scale-model maker, I found they had adopted one of my pictures as representing one model they were offering for the first time. I wrote them and they apologized for using it without permission, but said they had no idea how they came into possession of the image, and would take it down ASAP if I so desired. I said to keep it, no charge, although I usually get $75.00 for a single-use option.

I'd send him a message with your original photo and say something like "you have a beautiful car in your signature, looks just like mine! Your house and driveway are nice too!"

See what he says in reply.
