i’ve got them too. noticed bad on the trunk. i don’t think it was from my wash, but it could’ve been. or could’ve been the dealer when they washed it when it came in lol. how much is your vinyl costing?
I think on mine the swirl marks are likely also from dealer when they washed it..I'd like to think it wasn't from me washing it but no one is perfect I could have contributed to it too lol. It's going to get paint correction so I'm not too worried about the swirls. Cost is about $1900

good lord. yeah that’s why i didn’t care for the wrap, especially bc all that money and it’s just part of the front of the car. no thanks. i’ll get some dings bc she’s a car that’s driven, and i have no thought in my mind about ever getting rid of her. i want this to be the car i have forever, potentially one of fords last pure v8 mustangs, ya know? rock chips can always be fixed with paint correction too in the future if i need it. i had a full detail on my 2014 that got all swirls out, so i can always do that plus a correction some day if need be. otherwise i’m going to keep enjoying her.

Wow that is a big one and from an oblique angle. I am still chip and swirl free, although I noticed what looks like a slight mar line on the rear trunk. While it is not really noticable, it Is frustrating as once you see it your eye just notices it every time.

On a different note I crossed 1,000 miles today, so officially out of the break in period!

I also plan on keeping it. It's also not going to be kept in a garage, it's my only car so I daily it. I know there are some people that are fine with doing the ppf or ceramic themselves as it's far cheaper, however I do not have the time nor the patience to attempt it.

I wouldn’t either but the headlight pack above may be worth it. As long as when you take it off it doesn’t leave a nasty residue then I’m fine.

Alcohol should take any off even if it did.
