My car is currently getting it applied at the shop. I got the full ceramic coat and the xpel ppf on the front bumper and rear view mirrors. Can anyone who has used xpels ceramic coat comment on it? Also, do I have to use some special soap now when washing my car or can I stick to the chemical guys stuff I use now. Thanks in advance.

It is recommended that you use ph neutral car wash soap. Chemical guys sell it. I use this one, but there are many more. I have the entire front end, hood, lights, mirrors, leading edge of roof, and strike areas in front of rear wheels done in the xpel and the entire car ceramic coated with the xpel fusion.

I also use the rinse-less car wash that you can order on the xpel site for washing when the car is not really dirty.
