I thought I'd start thread on what winter wheels fit our cars. It's already snowing in Montana; I needed to get right on this. I picked up a set of 4 Ford Performance 9"x19" ET 45 for under $480 shipped to my door. These were Ford Performance wheels for the 2015 EcoBoost Mustang with the Brembo PP brakes. The FP dealer didn't think they would fit, but as you can see they are perfect and exactly the same size as our OE Bullitt front wheel. This same FP wheel may be available in a different finish, dark stainless, but I couldn't find a set and time was running out. I know; they're ugly... but they're high quality OE Ford, they fit and are cheap.

I thought about buying 4 Bullitt front wheels, but none are in the Ford Parts system and the street price is over $700 *each* plus shipping. Ouch!

I believe that Boss 302S wheels from Ford performance will work and they are reasonably priced for winter rims and look good.

Wow, didn't realize those were so cheap, nice grab! Any wheels that fit Performance Pack cars with the Brembos will work, and since they've been around since 2015, there's lots of options.

I'd wager those will rub without a small spacer when you actually drive from wheel deflection. Like 5mm spacer should keep from happening. Maybe it's optical illusion, but the caliper looks extremely close to the spoke.

The photo is indeed misleading: I checked the stock Bullit wheel vs the Ford Performance wheel, and the spoke/caliper clearance is actually .030" greater with the new winter wheels. The photo looks like it's almost touching, but I couldn't get the iPhone in a good spot for a better image.

hese were Ford Performance wheels for the 2015 EcoBoost Mustang with the Brembo PP brakes
Just to point it out, the Eco PP comes with base GT brakes, not Brembos.

Great info on the wheels, thank you very much. I need to work on getting a set of wheels/snow tires for my Bullitt, and I was concerned about wheels that wouldn't fit with the Brembos.

Wow, I am surprised those fit since as mentioned above, the brakes on the EB PP were the standard GT non-Brembo models. What size tires are you using? I presume they will not be staggered.

255/40x19 XL Nokian Hakkapelitta R2 on all 4 corners - hence the 9x19 wheel on the rear too. Same tire size as the fronts on our staggered Bullitts. The car will sit lower by 4mm, or less than 3/16", in the rear vs stock ride height. 255/45 might have been better, but I couldn't get a set of the Hakkas in that size this late in the season. I wanted t have them mounted today, but the TPMS sensors haven't shown up yet.

I was afraid the FP wheels wouldn't fit too, but the radial clearance was huge and they have slightly more lateral clearance. I didn't check the rear, but can't imagine there's a potential issue there.

Here's the same wheels, only in dark stainless finish...and includes a set of 4 TPMS sensors! https://www.levittownfordparts.com/ford-performance-mustang-wheel-dark-stainless-p-3522.html

I wish I had found these before buying my set of silver finish w/o the TPMS
Fantastic, thanks!

I was planning on squaring off with 255/40s on all corners myself. Even though I like the staggered stance of the standard Bullitt config, I'm not planning on doing that much driving in the winter so going squared off is just so much easier to deal with.

I think most if not all S550 OEM 19' wheels over Brembos. My winter set are 2015 19" "premium wheels" (they were 19x8.5) and they fit just fine.

295 35 20 tires fit in the trunk, barely. 315 35 20s dont fit in through the trunk opening.
