Winter cover for Mustang Covertible

Hello,

Can anyone recomend a cover to protect my Mustang Covertible GT from the worst of the winter weather and the occasional tree sap / silver birch leaf drop.

It's not going to be used that much but could do with someothing half decent that's not going to scratch it and disintegrate in a year or 2.
