Will GT ordered in the December 2018 (Europe) be 2019 or 2020 model year?

Hi

I ordered GT with magnaride in the second week of December 2018. Dealer said delivery is expected in October 2019 so about 10 months after order took place (long time because of magnaride he said). I ordered it in Poland so it might be a little longer because of that too. But my question is - will it be a 2019 or 2020 modeal year? When 2019 production ends and when 2020 production starts? Are there any info about 2020 my, any changes, upgrades, options etc? Thanks in advance

I would suspect it’s going to be a MY19 as dealer is allowing to much time, suspect delivery would be around 6 months from order

If you get it in Oct 2019 it will definitely be a MY 2020 car. I agree with Eclipsar that it is more likely a shorter turnaround May/June and will a MY 2019.

Your dealer should be able to tell you or you can contact Ford directly to get more info.
