Was just wondering if anyone knows if the GT500 half shaft will fit 2015-2019 like the GT350 does.
Might be worth a try if the price is right.

Why do you think anyone would know that?

With vendor shop cars being delivered, seems like there should be an answer to this question out there now.

I bet they will. Making a different rear end for the GT500 seems very expensive.

That doesn’t even count the logistics of storage/production/tracking etc of 10-20 new parts.

They will be expensive though. Ford knows people will want them.

How much thicker is a 500 axle to a 350?

They'll be reasonable at first, but will ramp up exponentially once everybody and their dog starts buying them after they're known to be a good piece.....

I said ford should add this as an option to the gt350. Would help that cars performance even more.

I sent a request to the Ford Racing techline to try and get an answer to this one.

From the research I've done with my local dealer, they are back ordered, they are bigger for sure but they're about 4 and change per side so i don't think its worth it unless they drop the price.

That sounds reasonable since the current FP half shafts are about $900/side. Was the dealer able to confirm fitment on GT/GT350? I didn't get a response from Ford engineering.

I'll call the FP techline again on Monday and see if I can get confirmation on fitment.
