I'm not interested in a C7 Z06. I would be afraid of overheating on track. I don't love the detachable roof. And lastly, the reviewers say that the chassis can't handle the power. They even went so far as to say the Z06 seems unfinished.
Now I could see some other person liking the C7 Z06. If you never go to the track and don't generally drive the car hard at all, just maybe a few on-ramp blasts every once in a while - that's probably the perfect use case for the Z06. Go to Cars and Coffee and tell people the Z06 is great, then drive home. The Z06 is probably perfect for that.
