Who has taken delivery of a 17 GT350R?

Hello,

Quick question -

Who has taken delivery of a 2017 GT350R and what in what state is your dealer located?

Why I'm asking -

Wish I wasn't asking actually. Long story short, I've had a deposit down on a GT350R for about 6 months now but I'm not sure I trust my dealer. When I ask questions I get answers but when I ask questions with deliverables, they miss. So for example, I had asked back in about July, at the suggestion of some folks here, to have my dealer call his Regional Rep and ask when my order was going to get "pulled." He came back and said they responded with sometime in "September." After the first week of October, I called Ford Performance and they told me there was no change, I was still on UMH. Recently I've gone back and forth with my dealer, who makes it sound like he is on my side but I'm not sure. He told me that only ONE GT350R was delivered this whole summer in the entire Northeast region and it was to Tasca Ford (a presumably larger, well known dealership.) I'm creating this post to see where that story stands.

Bull shit! There are around 200 2017 Rs having already been delivered and the # produced to date is higher yet. Here's # 189 that was delivered several weeks ago: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67755

Probably bull is right, mine is HR057, and I picked mine up in Nova Scotia, which is a good deal farther to the North-East! But I'm not sure how the Canadian allocations and deliveries differ from you guys in the US.

Yep, he either doesn't know any better or he is bullshitting you. They are currently at 242. I'm 231 and expect delivery later next week. There are about 240 people that will get their R's in the spring of 17 as they stop production on them in a few weeks.

While I really do think the guy is full of it - and I want to call the Sales Manager or Dealership owner - I want to do so armed with facts and so far no one has posted here that they have taken delivery of a 2017 GT350R in the Northeast of the US...there has to be someone (or hopefully lots of people.)

BTW - how do you know that it's 242 cars in 2017 MY? Is that a published statistic?

My local dealer doesn't have 2 R's on the lot now for a month with no interest at 10k over. Magnetic and TY.

They don't choose when their allocation is pulled, he may have a lower priority than he thought. Now that they are done for winter, it could be pulled in the spring. I ordered one in August and unfortunately it's not going to be built until after winter so our buyer backed out.
