Who are some of the best high volume dealers for Mustangs? Looking to get a bit of a deal

Getting rid of my C7 and ordering a GT Premium; who are some of the approved preferred high volume dealers ideally on the west coast? My city's local dealer is notorious for 10k markups on even standing inventory. Hoping to order but also willing to settle if it has the correct options, looking for invoice and maybe a pinch under especially for standing inventory. It's ultimately to tie me over til the C8 is ready. Thank you!
