wow . That’s a lot of mph for a 3.875 pulley !
Any weight reduction ?


I don’t have headers (cat deletes ) but it still looks like it’s time for that compression test for me if I am trapping same as 3.875 pulley with a 3.25 pulley in better weather .
No weight reduction and I weigh 230, gonna get that down in the winter lol. Header do help a good bit since you aren’t wasting gas to cool down the cat. One thing I was scared of was to melt on and then hurt the engine. So I’m probably around 10psi (never texted it) since you loose boost with removing the cats.

I have the basic with a 10R80. So that’s about a 150lbs difference.

I have cat deletes but I am starting to think the headers might gain quite a bit over manifolds on this motor .
I think my magnaflow resonated tru X might be another significant restriction .

I have 3.15 gears, if you have 3.55, that makes a difference too
