Whipple gen 5 3.0 installed no start

I had a performance shop install a stage 1 Whipple gen 5 3.0 on my 2017 GT mustang.I received a custom tune installed on my car and now car turns over doesn’t start and smokes.It seems like it’s flooding.I have a boostapump feeding my engine,O.E.M throttle body,Deatschwerks 1000cc 95lb injectors installed and I was wondering if anyone has had this issue?

Dumb question but sometimes the simplest thing, did the oem fuel pump electrical harness get plugged back in under the rear seat? Can you hear the fuel pump prime?

Yea I pulled the fuel line to motor and had fuel flow

I’m doing what my tuner said “To put the O.E.M plugs back in.I just thought I check to see if anyone had this problem.
