I've driven this car and my previous 2017 GT in the winter. They don't melt, lol! Both cars were lowered. Obviously with winter tires and subtle pedal movements but it's totally doable. Just be smart about it.

I'm thinking about dropping my GT 1", but it's my 'daily' (in office once per week).
There was no winter in Ontario in the past few years, especially the last one. Couple snow storms don't count since you can likely just work from home such days. Salt is a bigger concern.

Now, if pre-2015 winters will be back, it just won't go in deep snow. Otherwise, good winter tires are the key.

Anybody try winter driving a lowered mustang? I'm thinking about dropping my GT 1", but it's my 'daily' (in office once per week). The stock rally ride height works great for obvious reasons.
I drive my Whippled 2017 12 months a year. Eibach Pro kit. 690 RWHP.
I do get some snowplowing going on but I make sure that the grilles stay open.

23 Mach 1 here from Northern Ontario,
I personally only keep it on the road from April till November, it’s a vehicle that I would like to preserve for some time, thus avoiding any salt or below freezing temps are ideal for my preference,
I used to daily a 93 lx foxbody and that wasn’t too pretty.

How do you like the hurst setup with the tremec? How’s the feel and ratio comparison opposed to stock

My tranny is an Mt-82. The shifter has a 38% reduction. It’s quite a bit stiffer shifting but now that I’m used to it i really like it.
