When will the 2017 order forms be out/banks open, any differences from 2015?

We are probably going to trade in our 2015 ecoboost for a 2017 since my wife likes the sync 3 i have in my GT350. When will the order forms be out and is there any difference in the 2017 vs 2015? When do the order banks open up for orders? My dealer said he didnt have the order guide yet and they should stop building 2016 first part of June.

Sync 3 and colors pretty much, doubt ford is hiding else. 2018 is likely to be the year of changes
