When to change brake fluid on a street use GT350??

Hey guys. Searched around here, but couldn't find any specific recommendations for brake fluid changes for a vehicle that does not see track duty?


I have a 2020 GT350R that I purchased exactly 2 years ago. It gets some daily use but mostly aggressive street and back road driven. It only has 3600 miles on it. When do you advise I change the brake fluid? Any other recommendations when I take it in for its oil change before garaging for the winter? Of course, my service advisor was of no help since it is not a Fusion or F150.

Most people do it never I think... but a general rule of thumb is every 2 years.

You can monitor water content by using one of these:

If you do not track it, the fluid isn't discoloured, and the water content is below 2% then you probably do not need to change it.
