I'm almost expecting it to be something like parts of the PP1 handling stock and and Bullitt power numbers, or similar, (475-485). PPL2 becomes the new PP1, but with a more mild tire.

Ford has a habit of making things that were in previous upgrade packages stock.

I really think Ford will change the front bumper cover a little not changing the headlights and the rear of the car will be unchanged.

Ford is most likely not going to put money into the Mustang for a little while. 22-23MY. They are cutting jobs in preparation for a recession.

I expect them to go to town on packages though. Very similar to what Dodge has done.

This is my thinking. A light refresh for '21MY.....followed by the all new S650 for the '23MY. It was revealed in the most recent UAW contract details that Flat Rock would build an "all new Mustang", and that contract is for 4 years......so we'll see S650 within that timeframe.

As for when we'll get information about the '21MY.......well, in April 2019 we learned about the '20MY Ecoboost High Performance (in fact, it was also shown in the new for '20MY colours).

So, we should hear something around April/May 2020 about the '21MY

It was late March/early April this year when these spy photos were published. I'm amazed we haven't seen any follow up spy shots. As EcoVert says.....the refresh may be little more than a bumper change. Perhaps a light refresh inside, with Sync 4 on a 10" screen.

We're also expecting a new Mach 1 to be revealed. It's funny, since CJ Pony Parts removed their video outlining this, several more sites have repeated the rumor! And the fact CJPP had to remove their video tells me this is NOT a rumor :like:

Just to add......any announcement will probably be just online. With the Detroit show moving to June in 2020, that might be the first opportunity to see the changes in person.

The S650 is not until MY 2024 & will be built in 2023.
Just scraping in on that new UAW contact then!

S550 would need more than just new bumpers at the next refresh if it has to run up to and including the '23MY :frown:
