Long story short I bought a set of SC2s with OEM wheels but they have rubber valve stem TPMS and I need to swap them out for the TPSM-39s that I bought. Can anyone recommend a good wheel/tire shop in the DMV (Rockville, Bethesda) area?

I've called a few but most don't want to touch 35 series tires and/or do not have a road force balance. Thanks!

I haven't used these folks but a local high quality detailer that I use for my cars told me about these folks. Cool idea and they have a franchise in your area. https://treadconnection.com/about/.

Matthewr87: I'm from Gaithersburg. I would suggest using Radial Tire Company 9101 Brookville Rd. Silver Spring, Md. 20910. phone: 301-585-2740. They have the proper equipment to switch out your valve stems. Speak with "Paul" the owner. He has taken care of my tire and wheel needs for all my past GT500's and my current GT350. Just tell him Mike, the MCP officer with the white GT350 sent you! Paul is a good guy!

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll check out Radial Tire since I would like to get the set road force balanced and it doesn't seem like tread connection uses road force.

I'm not sure if Radial tire has a road force balance machine, but I have never had a balancing problem with any tires balanced by them.

Yup they do! Thanks! I do not know if it is one of those "gimmicks" or not, but from what I have read it is better in certain respects.

I had my street wheels with 295/35/19 installed at Elite with no issues and my track tires Bridgestone RE71 305/30/19 done at Radial Tire. Both quality. Elite deals with high end wheels all the time as they are a distributor. They couldn’t do the RE71 which are known to cause headaches so I went to Radial.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I ended up going to Radial Tire. I was in and out in less than an hour and paid $120. All seems well.
