I just bought and installed RTR wheels. They are 19x9.5 with a 33mm offset in the front (275/40/19). The rears are 19x10.5 with a 45mm offset(285/35/19) I had stock pp1 wheels but added 25mm hub centric spacers all around. I replaced the wheels with the RTR's but did not remove the spacers. I like the way it looks now and I had no issues test driving it. I am not familiar with wheel sizes and spacers. Would this setup be a safety or mechanical issue? Is there any problem running this setup? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Considering RTR makes wheels for Mustangs that'll just fit flush, you're poking an inch at each corner. I personally can't envision this being a good look.

As far as safety issues, technically you have one. Or 20. I'm sure you have bolt-on spacers, so that's an extra of failure at each lug as opposed to just bolting them straight onto the hubs.

Wheel spacers that come with the lugs installed are more likely to fail than empty spacers that require longer lugs that just pass through the spacer. Idk which you have but if they’re safe or not depends on how you drive, how rough the roads are, etc. That sounds like a lot of poke, especially in the rear…

That’s a lot of poke but if you like it and can deal with the rock chips have at it!

You can't overestimate the rock chips. That set up will blast your paint in a few hundred miles.

I have 20mm rear and 25mm front with PP1 setup. I use the GT350 type rear protectors. But I did a PPF on the rear fenders behind the door a la Porsche 930.

For those who say a quality bolt on spacer, torqued and checked properly will fail.

Please present evidence for this, other than hearsay.

Didn't even think about rocks, they are coming off.
If you like the look, they have a larger mud flap type protector I don't care for.

Even without the spacers you will get some blasting. Given your wheel profile.
