For rock guards, there are a few threads on them. I’m very happy with these.

Any wheel and tire more aggressive than factory offset is going to eventually throw something on the paint. I don’t think a guard will 100% solve that, but you could use some PPF in those areas. AnchorRoom is a common source I’ve seen for pre cut panels.

Tramlining and reduced street drivability.
I run 285/35 19 square on 19x10 +35
Yes, I get some occasional tugging up front especially if there are ruts in the road. But it’s not as violent as some descriptions I read prior to having wide front tires. Worth the trade off to me for handling and the ability to rotate tires front and rear like a normal car. Just depends on what the original poster wants and what tradeoffs they’re ok with.

20" rim will change the gear ratio, & speedometer calibration . Brembo brake, was not aware a rim 9" wide cleared that brake.

Pretty sure Ford did not have a 9" rim manufactured just to accommodate the Brembo caliper .

So I think you options or chances of bumping to 9.5 would\could be easier that you're being told.

Just don't use spacers .

I have the LMR SVE350R in 19x10 +35 square with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 285/35R19 for summer. Dramatic improvement in the handling and appearance, fitment is perfect (clears the Brembos.) I kept the stock wheels with Continental DWS06 for colder weather. I need to get some splash guards like RokBlokz.

I am having a hard time finding any 10 inch wheels that do not say rear wheels only.
Try LMR for SVE wheels all 10" will fit the front, and you can go square or 11" in the rear like I did. This pic is on stock springs.

I just ordered some Lmr wheels 10” 11”
Just deciding to go staggered or square and options tire wise for both.
You will be happy with LMR/SVE wheels.

Depend of your goal
If you are after better handling, go for square size
The Mustang is a front heavy car and need all the tires you can get in front
A good and easy choice is 285/35/19 on 10” 35 offset wheels
It make rotating tires a breeze
No spacer needed in the front with that?
