Mine would be this one. My cousin wishes he swapped a V12 to his Crown Vic. I Googled "V12 Crown Vic", and it came up with Shelby P V12 results.

The Shelby Ford SVT P V12, or simply The P V12, is a high-performance civilian sedan which was manufactured between 4th-quarter 2002 and late December 2013. It was based on the 2001—2005 police version of the Ford Crown Victoria.
History[edit]
Development began on August 26, 1999. Rumors stated that the engine would produce at least 350 hp (260 kW) and 450 lb·ft (610 N·m). On January 16, 2001, it was spotted racing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife. On August 29, 2002, the Shelby P V12 was unleashed (for the very-first time) at the 2002 Chicago Auto Show.
Production[edit]
Only 304 total units were built; the first 300 from scratch. Chassis number 001 is sitting near the Shelby American headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. In accordance with YouTube User John Zelcs, 002 is in hands of "a very beautiful girl" who was driving the car to the north side of California (with at least 2,500 miles on the odometer).[1] 005 was and is never allowed to be driven and is therefore sitting in the then-obsolete St. Thomas Assembly plant in Ontario, Canada. 006 is a racing version that produces at least 780 hp (580 kW) at 8,300 rpm, and is hidden inside the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation and is only driven once every two years. In February 2014 the 006 beat all the Australia-spec Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore cars at one V8 Supercars race in Australia. The 006's design is based on the BA-generation Falcon, with the same 5.0 L (310 cu in), naturally-aspirated V8 as a V8 Supercar. For street use UK Wildlife Artist David Shepherd detunes the power to ~460 hp (340 kW) at 5,800 rpm. Top speed of chassis number 006 is redline-limited to 191 mph (307 km/h) in stock form. The 006 also uses an 8-speed T56 manual transmission known by Shepherd as the T58. Unlike the T56, T58 has fully-adjustable gear ratios.
