I've had multiple people ask if my VB was a wrap. Am I the only one who can see the rock chips?

I'm not sure if I would take that as a compliment or an insult. One one hand, wraps are sometimes gorgeous, rich colours... But on the other hand, a lot of them look like complete ass.

We were on a Mountain Run in North Georgia for a rest stop, and a woman pulls into the rest area with her elderly mother and three kids.

When I took my car new to be smogged, the smogger told me it was good to go other than it needed new tires. I told him they have 17 miles on them, that's how they come from the factory, and he literally just sat there and stared at me like I was a 100% nutjob for trying to pull one past him. I tried to explain further, but he was NOT having it.

when you buy out of state, CA DMV requires a smog check. i had to also when I got my shelby in 2018. it's good now for 8 yrs (2026).

That's why. Any other new car bought instate does not need smog for 6 years I believe

I had no idea 50 state cars had to be “approved” by Kalifornia. Yet another reason to get out of here.
