What would it take to fabricate and install an air lift system like the ones that are on formula one cars for the purpose of changing tires etc..

I have one of these. They work well. I keep it in my Jeep but they are flat and lightweight. Leave it in the trunk.

I have never seen this before. As hilarious as it is, I would never bet my car, let alone my life, on a bright orange balloon.
It lifts up to 8k lbs. it won’t even notice the mustang. It’s more for off-road use, like changing a tire, lifting you out of a hole you dug yourself in etc....

Yeah I looked up pictures, pretty crazy stuff. I'd just be worried about a catastrophic failure. My cobbled together stacks of 2X4's I know won't let me down.
Lol yeah I wouldn’t get under it without some jack stands but it’s a tough kit. Much stronger than you would think. Easy to use if you were out in the middle of nowhere.

Spare tire? I got a nice inflator and a can of leak seal from Ford! But they did throw in roadside assistance.
Don't use the "Junk In The Trunk" if you do not have the PP1 with Front Brembo calipers, you can get a kit from Ford. If you have the PP1 I forgot who, sells the tire and kit for like $500, not cheap.

1500 hp half shafts on 750 whp car is ridiculous but i got em... lol. In other words ridiculousness is in the eye of the beholder...
That's not ridiculous; it's a smart decision to push the fatigue life of those axles out by a factor anywhere from 8x to 32x.

Geez, you guys are tough. IndyCar and different sports car classes use air lift systems. There was also a rumor that NASCAR was going to use them back in 2018.
It makes sense in racing where there's prize money at stake, where only a second saved can mean the difference between winning and being an also-ran. Nothing on the street, or at autocross or HPDE, is under that kind of time pressure.

Yeah, it probably would attract attention at a car show. How long before somebody takes it a step further and makes their Mustang "dance", like a lowrider car?

I think the mustang is heavy enough that putting an inbuilt jacking system will only make it worse. I think you are better off trying to shave off weight not put more in.

There is QuickJacks. They look pretty cool.

Plugs into a 110 outlet.
