What Upgrades/Mods are you going to do to your Mustang?

Speaking of mods, I put these new exhaust tips on. They are bolt on and turned out looking ok. Without going custom made they are the only off the shelf ones around that fit the oem 3.5 inch tips with no appreciable gaps in tube size. They do extend out further than oem but that is ok. 3.5" inlet and 4" outlet. I would have preferred double wall so that the oem tips were concealed but that is not available.

They look much better than the stock ones!

Yes they do Troy. Exactly same size. There seems to be only the one vendor which is Tritrust1. They are on both ebay and amazon. On each site the black was much the same price but on ebay the freight on the chrome was much higher. Tritrust said it was out of their control as ebay do the freight bit. Ebay could not offer an explanation. On amazon I saved $155 which was down to cost of freight. Thanks Trevor. They are not as nice as the Mach 1 tips but they are a lot cheaper than new axle backs.

Thanks guys. Even after a quick drive I can definitely feel a difference. Steering wheel feels a bit lighter and grip is better. Ended up going the Contisport SportContact 6s in 275/35 295/35 which feel great.

Hi, does anyone have the Mishimoto H pipe installed? I've watched the American Muscle videos on the H pipe vs X pipe, I'm considering the H pipe as I would like the car a bit gruffer but not raspy. Also I am not wanting to risk drone at cruising speed.

Edit - dont worry my ADHD got the better of me so it is ordered. I'll let you know how it sounds when it goes on.

Got the Mishimoto H on mine, excellent finish/quality and the sound is great. Sound is much more discernable from an X in person. Cold start maybe 50% louder for the initial bark and then for the active modes the difference feels like +1 mode. I have the 10 speed and car still feels silent in normal at highway speeds.

Have plenty of videos (exhaust on start up/driving) on my Instagram (fordmustang_aus) if you need to kill some time waiting for yours!
