What to do...

So after MONTHS of waiting on a company to make some stuff right with me, over a damaged part, it still hasn't been settled. I have messages from the owner, promising me the part since Feb. It was ordered in Oct. and I finally got it in Nov. It didn't come with everything, and it was damaged due to bad packing. Since then I was told that my new one would be ready by the end of Dec. then the second week in Jan. Then Feb. came around and was PROMISED by the end of Feb. Then early March comes and I'm told that they will not be offering it anymore, just a few for promotional things and to take care of the few others. Now we are closing in on mid April, and NOTHING! The transaction through paypal closed on Dec. 2nd. So nothing can be done on that end.

I'm pretty fed up with it, but yet I would like to have my part! :frusty:

I think it would depend on how much the part was. If it was a couple hundred I'd probably just buy a new one from a dependable place and try to forget about it. If it was a large amount of money then it might time to take them to court.

In the future, do your best to buy from sponsors on here. They will usually make things right, if something goes wrong.

Why no just tell us who it is? If they are watching this site and have a good reason why you did not get your part give them a chance to respond. There are generally two sides to every story.
