Hey guys,

I just picked up a 350r, I want to keep the stock rims safe because the roads in RI are pretty beat up. I purchased some R350 rims 10X19 up front and 11X19 in the back.
What are you guys running for tires that have this setup?

I was going to try run toyo r888r's 295/30r19's up front and 305/30r19's in the back but my installer said they might not fit and he wouldn't be able to return them, if they didn't. These will be for street use only.

Also anyone have a shadow black GT350R in the northeast? I have an extra copy of the framed Shelby print someone can have if they pay for shipping.

thanks

They'll fit perfectly fine. But why would you want to run trip aters for the street? Do you realize they're going to wear out by the time you decide "hey, it's finally my car, I'm gonna fart it in it if I want to!"

I was hoping to get some tires with a similar aspect ratio 30r19’s. Those pilots are about an inch taller.
Mustangs are perfectly fine in the 26.5 to 27.5" diameter. And you won't be scraping your splitter all the time, only sometimes. You'll thank me when you're not buying tires 2 times at year. Seriously, R888R's get MAYBE 5000 miles out of them. If you drive them like a grandma.

I would stay away from that installer. Obviously they dont have any experience w many low profile / high perf tires. Those size should fit fine. Ideal width for 295 is 10.5”, but both 10” and 11” will work.

i have the 350R replicas with the 285/305 NT555G2 tires. ran a similar setup on my boosted car and they went over 15k miles before the cord started to show (bad alignment and everything) good in rain, decent dry traction (T/C doesnt like them cold but when warm they hook good from 2nd at 4krpm.

I am using the SVE R350's with stock GT350 Michelin PS tire sizes and have not had a single issue with 2K miles so far.
