I am thinking of putting some Forgestar CF5V wheels on my 16 GT. I think I will go with 19x10 front and 19x11 rears.

What size tires are you running with that setup? There are really limited sizing for 19's unfortunately. Seems if I go with a wide tire like a 325 you have to drop down to a 30 profile tire it seems. Not much with a 35 profile.

Only wanting performance summer tires as I only put about 4k miles a year on the car and don't drive it in bad weather.

I'm thinking of 325/30/19 for the rears. What would be a good setup to match for the fronts? 305's?

I'll be doing 325/30/19 (26.7") and 285/35/19 (26.9"). I've been running a 295/35/19 on the rear but it's a little too narrow for my liking on the 11" wheel.

Yeah I also have to look up tire weight. I really want to shed some weight from the PP wheels and tires. I know the wheels are about 8-10lbs less per wheel but adding a 325 tire I'd imagine would make most of that back up.

Should still cut some weight off? I have PP with stock 255/275 tires.

I would be doing the forgestar cf5v 19x10 and 19x11 with 285/35 and 325/30

Any idea weight savings approximately with that setup compared to stock?

Any recommendations between EXTREMECONTACT DW and Ventus V12's? I have ran V12's before on my boosted S2000 and seemed pretty good in dry but a little soft of a sidewall.

It depends on brand of tire too. A Michelin PSS 325/30/18 is 32lbs while an RE-11 is 35

Ventus and Extremes are both 32lbs I believe.

Hey, I'm getting the exact same wheels. CF5V's in 19x10 and 19x11.

I went with these:

Nitto NT555 (2) 285/35/19 and (2) 305/35/19

I don't have the wheels yet as they're on order still. I'm hoping to have them in the next two weeks. I'll be sure to post pictures once I get them on.

I went back and forth between silver and gloss gunmetal, I even had the vendor change the color twice in production (which was fine, i was told because they didn't do color yet).

I ended up going with silver for my ingot car. I hope I made the right choice!!

Nice. I think I will go with one of the special colors the black graphite on my Magnetic. Regular gloss black is too boring I think so I'm hoping the black graphite changes enough in light to have some gun metal look to it as well
