What offset for 19 x 11 rears

Hi guys, looking to go wider on my rears and want to confirm what offset to run. The car is a GT convertible, and is lowered an inch.

Just want to confirm what offset I should be running for a flush fitment from 19 x 11 inch wheels. Tyre size is likely to be 305/35/19.
