Would I be looking at going from a 80mm pulley to a 69mm Lilly on my tvs blower

I know there will be variables but I'm looking for 3-4 more psi
Over what I currently have

You'll need to posssibly add a larger expansion tank (if you don't have one) to increase fluid volume and help keep iats in check, but I don't think -11mm will give you +3-4psi you're looking for. You would get more pressure if you pulley down 11mm and port the blower, plus the porting will help iats.

Don't go to a 69mm unless you are running e85 or race gas 100% of the time. I ran a 79mm on my tvs setup and it made 11-12 psi, which is the max you want to go on 93 octane. If you don't already have the twin 67 tb or a set of headers then those should be your next 2 mods after a 79mm pulley. If you don't already have a Ken Bjonnes tune with your tvs setup then thats the first thing you should do, he's a god with the TVS setups.

Car has ported heads boost is arbitrary.

Id be interested to see if car responds better to pulley drop or timing.

I'm just trying to recover the three pounds of boost I lost by porting the intake blower elbow throttle body and heads

If you better the airflow you will lose boost pressure... That does mean you are making less power.. Your motor is a air pump. The more air you move in and out. The more power you will make.. Their is a lot of other variables when adding boost…

I think in his situation, losing that boost meant his blower was being more efficient and and the motor was takin in all that extra air.
