I'm thinking of these prices if I do so I will sell it privately and not to one of these car buying services. Should be able to get a couple thousand dollars more selling it directly to the next owner.
doubtful. Anyone buying privately is unlikely to pay these insane prices.

that's odd. GMTV claims to only pay 'wholesale' since they don't have a resell program like the other two and thus have to use auctions to unload their inventory. They were 4-8000 below Vroom quotes. I quit using Carvana for quotes because metro DC suffers from some kind of black mark.

Did the driver or whoever came to pick up do a deep inspection?
Kid that picked up my car knew it was a mustang and how many miles were on it. Thats it......zero clue what motor is in it, what brakes ,tires, wheels, suspension, exhaust, etc. It should have. He never lifted the hood, or looked under the car. Just made sure odometer worked, and took a few photos of outside of car handed me my check and left. The tow truck driver showed up about an hour later and took it on a flat bed to their dealer in Cleveland.

2019 GT convertible 5400 miles, Performance Pack 1, loaded with everything (401a, B&O, voice acivated, magneride, etc.) and Vroom offered me $21,500 for it. I'm aware they have to make money but the used car market hot right now how could I sell them a car that stickered for 59k for $21k. Even KBB trade is double their offer.

I'm thinking you entered something wrong like the mileage. Vroom offered me over $33 for my 2015 base PP non convertible with 19K miles.

Maybe someone had a serious accident in a mustang and when it was reported they made a typo and entered your vin by mistake. I can't think of another reason why the offer is so low.

I was offered 37,680 for my 17 vert with 12,900 miles and yours is newer with less miles

Thanks for everyone's thoughts. I'm going to try to reach out to them tomorrow and ask what's going on. As far I know the carfax is clean (it was a few months ago). I tried calling earlier today but I was on eternal hold. Now i am really curious what theyre seeing on their end.

Try carvana and a few others, if all the offers are low, then most likely the carfax is not right. If your serious about selling, that typo could cost you about 20K.

Yea, from what has been posted in the many pages of this thread, yours is probably the lowest offer which isn’t making any sense at all.

I would double check to make sure you did put in the correct VIN and any other info. Clear all cookies and caches from your browser too before doing another evaluation.

Do as suggested and try getting other evaluations from the other sites and see if the estimate to buy comes back as low. If it does, then something is definitely not right with your CarFax Report. At that point, try running another VIN report from another VIN reporting agency and see if it has anything different from the CF report.
