Yeah i reckon 5-30 is the way forward. Went shopping tonight and opened the boot and forgot i had the original phasers and vcts in there. Wasn't a big shop thankfully. Wonder if there's a market for used phasers / vcts hahaI would try the later grade oil (5-30), and if itās still a little noisy, try some ceratec
