You may want one that at least has the APPEARANCE of being legal though! ;)

Being aluminium, I guess I can get the sides trimmed

I'd be buying a plate, any plate, with as few characters as possible then making it as small as you think you can get away with ;)

If it's an IKON replica, you'll be fine, they're good quality and my ones an Ikon replica. It's all plastic at the end of the day lol.

Washed it, waxed it, taxed it and took it out of hibernation.

Then I had to put the stock tune back on it just to be safe as its got 1/2 a tank of VPower in the tank from November which will have lost some of its Octane rating over winter. Just need to baby it now for 150 miles until i can get some clean petrol in there and apply the proper tune again!

You might want to correct Mike at Modurstang, he said on FB Steeda springs, I said don't think so, he says they are, you might wanna let him know the springs were the 350 Ford ones. ;)

Looks spot on ride height, how is the ride? Gonna get some 15mm spacers?

Yeah, I’ll give him a shout. Steeda are working on some, but not released yet.

From what I could tell, it was a little bit stiffer but did feel more planted. Hard to tell due to the Magneride and I didn’t get much chance to do some spirited driving. Enjoyed them on the journey home.

I’m struggling to justify some spacers as I will be getting new wheels at some point

Anyone know the likely consequences of running the AC with the wrong gas.

Turns out when Ford filled the system 9m ago (under warranty) they put the EU spec gas in, and not the separate US spec refrigerant you are supposed to use on the Mustang.

AC is now warm again and making all sorts of interesting noises. Im guessing the compressor is kaput, but what about the rest of the system?

Fitted my GT350 replica spoiler today, (£249 item on eBay) fits perfect and looks great for a fraction of the price of the genuine item so happy days

Yeah I’m going to pop down for a nosey, wanted to wait till I’d had the wheels done black before showing her off but had a bit of a delay on getting them done sadly!
