Trying to get some replacement lug nuts sorted. My Gorilla ones have started to corrode. And I wash and dry inside every one each time I do the car. So I'm frustrated that this has happened after like only 8 months.

i'm sure mine were going the same way but i'll need to wait til i get the car back before i can confirm. Defo sucks they get so discoloured, like you mine is a daily driver though with wfh it's hardly a DD these days

Yeah more annoying than anything else. Especially for the price (~$100). However I must say Summit Racing have been great. No hassle in sending me out a full new set to the UK.

So I've spent 30 quid and bought some rustoleum products (crystal clear coat, gloss black paint and rust reformer). See if I can protect the new ones with the clear coat and then I'll potter on in the shed and try and rescue the old ones.

Changed the oil in the Wife's 20, and installed the UPR drain plug. Didn't make a mess like I did the last time. Just cracked the plug alittle and let drain slowly. Opened the drain holes on my drain pan more as well.

I showed the picture to a friend of mine and I didn’t notice it, but look at how much smaller his wheels are in the back compared to the front. Why would anybody do that?

Replaced the fender badges and installed an x pipe sounds way better. Still don’t know if I want to do a black GT deck lid badge or just blank panel

I think the body is wider in the back and the car has a squared tire setup. Who knows what's going on. I myself showed it to a buddy of mine and it reminded him of a Plymouth "Superbird" like the one below.

I agree, looks to be an optical illusion due to the wider rear fenders, they’re probably all the same size. I love the old Superbirds, that look doesn’t really work on newer gen Challengers, IMO.

Took it to cars and coffee this morning. Man that is so much fun every time. That Volkswagen by the way, has a Chevy 427 in it. Ridiculous.

F40... very nice! It's good to see an F40 owner take it out and drive it, as rare AND valuable as those Ferraris are today.

Put about 200 miles on it cruising from DFW up to a Nocona, TX. We visited a cool classic car museum that was a Chevrolet dealership back in the day.

if I were to buy a B429, it would be THAT color (Royal Maroon) for sure. Always liked that color on the Classic Mustangs and IMO for a 1969 B429 color is more unique than the common white, black, grabber blue, red or black jade.
