I REALLY want a Pony Package trunk emblem for my GT. Best looking emblem by far. Can't find an emblem anywhere and even if I wanted to spend $5xx for the whole panel, I would yank it off and put it on my existing smooth panel. Someday, a part number for the emblem will leak or I'll come across a damaged panel with untouched emblem.
Try the parts farm or midway mustang if you haven't checked them out already

Thanks.

On it .............

None now. Will watch. Based on current items, don't see any removed trunk emblems and every full panel (no Pony Pkg) is "servicable" so a lot of money for something I'd be throwing out or trying to sell without any emblem.

Put this bad boy on...

How did you attach it to the honeycomb? My Bullitt style grille doesnā€™t have the pony shaped mounting surface and I was thinking of using superglue to attach mine.

Installed these. This is the unlock sequence. It also goes through the same sequence when you open an unlocked door. Accidentally posted these to the GT350 WDYD forum. So far very happy. And the DRLā€™s are the bright white. The turn signals are sequential like the rear.

Superglue would probably work.

It was done by Hydrodun.com and they send it to you with 3M adhesive on the back. So you can just peel and stick, and its stayed there since I put it on. I Believe I used an adhesion promoter prep pad as well... They really help

Installed the Craig's license plate bracket. It's a quality product. Thanks @Bobn57, @tomservo92, @Mach VII for your inputs. Turns out it's the same kit for all the GT, Mach and EcoBoost cars, even though they ask you to choose. The GT350 mounting bracket is different however.

Looking good. Now take it off and put it behind the passenger seat. If youā€˜re ever asked about just say oops, I forgot to put it back on after (whatever excuse you can come up with). :giggle::like:

I pulled the oil neck off since I'm no longer running the cover. Much better
What have you guys done with the stud for the engine cover? Does it come out easily?
You can see it there at the top of the picture. I wouldn't mind not seeing that

those are coarse threaded screws into the plastic, theyā€™re not moulded in or anything.

To remove them youā€™d double nut the protruding threads and then unscrew. Shouldnā€™t be much of a problem. It might take a bit of force to get it started but youā€™ll be fine.

Today I had the local shop do a Roushectomy and Corsa transplant.

I'm sic'ing @EmCel on you WD! Girl post up those pink calipers with glitter (powdered aluminum) that adorn your pretty blue car.
Ok so I sanded down my terrible painting skills on my calipers :giggle: and fixed it with that and clear coat on it. Also splashed some glitter on my pinks today. Thanks to @shogun32 for letting me work there today.

Not a good picture as car is dirty and still on jack stands from winter mods.

Do yourself a favor too - add an Outerwears micron pre-filter to the conical; it will save you maintenance intervals, keeps the conical much cleaner, make that conical last practically forever. It will NOT obstruct air flow, donā€™t listen to any BS myths about pre-filters like the Outerwears.

You'll thank me later when it cuts your conical maintenance down to -0-...

Check this thread for what Iā€™m referencing:

I have one works great!
