Never knew the info about tire not recommended on the drive tire. makes since as they aren't designed for torque/want the least amount of exertion on them id reckon
😆 thanks for the heads up tho. I didn't know that. If it's absolutely necessary then you can do it and drive a short distance to a shop or something.
It's bad for the diff. Plus on a FWD vehicle you're now asking the donut to put down power, turn, and brake. It's just a bad idea all around.

Sure it's fine for short distances. Although I see too many Civic's with a front donut going 80+ on the beltway

Does anyone know if theres a fix for this without getting an entire new assembly? I dont even know how this happened, theres no visible damage, blind spot still works, im just missing the pony light and it kinda bugs the hell out of me.

I believe the pony light is a seprate self contained part.

How it happened, did you park the car anywhere on SW 8st or in Hialeah ?

LOL could not help myself....... bring the flag if you move ..

Cheers

Of all the things I did this winter (new grill with Velossa tech big mouths inlets, new chin spoiler from AirDesigns, new steering wheel, digital gauges, PP gauges, new speakers, new armrest and knee bolsters etc) I took it to the dealer for a free oil change, and the kid who drives the cars to you wanted a picture of it (nice kid) and then I got a call today from someone at the dealership asking about the Ford overlay decal on the windshield from Zombie. It was one of the cheapest mods I've done and it's very subtle, yet somehow it stands out well. and of course I don't have a good picture of it.

Having a Ravelco device installed in about an hour. https://nohotwire.com/

Tomorrow is 3M Crystalline window tint all around and Xpel paint protection.
I realize this is an old post, but how has having the Ravelco been with daily driving/use? I had a family member who's SUV was just stolen yesterday from the office garage, and now I am researching the Ravelco for my Mustang. Thanks for any tips.

Thanks for that $30 au each is the cheapest here and some go well over double if your silly enough. I looked at my last invoice 10 2013 and they were $21.50 each. Still i reckon they are a good bit of kit if you like just a little more peace of mind. They worked well on my Falcon GT.

I removed my sound tube to clean up my engine bay.
This has been covered ad nauseam but I did it a bit different I think.
I cut the end off the tube going to the firewall and plugged it with a hood bump stop I had kicking around and sealed it with silicone glue. I used a leg tip on the other end.

Busy day for the Orange Beast: Installed some interior carbon fiber bits, ordered new BFG G-Force Comp 2 A/S tires (trying to beat the predicted tire shortage so I have them for winter), ordered the spare tire kit, trying to sell my summer tires.

Dropped my car off for hail repair. there's 1 pelt on each of the window trims, maybe 2, barely barely seeable unless you are looking for it.

both quarter panels windows got a ding on the chrome trim, and 1 of the doors chrome lower trim that goes below main window.

I asked to keep all the parts, you guys think I can sell 2 quarter windows (windows + chrome surround moulding) and 1 door chrome trim? lol. I will post photos and crap, but anything to offset my 500 deductible would be nice. I am wondering if when the windows off the car, if the little imperfection/ding can be pushed out form the underside of the chrome trim?
