Didn’t do it today but finally got done wrapping my car this past weekend! Avery Dennison Gloss Metallic Silver (a shade darker than Iconic Silver), with black stripes and reflective red pinstriping. Also applied Vvivid and Gtechniq’s ceramic coating made for wraps. It took me two weeks due to it being my first time ever doing something like this and messing up each rear quarter panel once, but it’s done now and I love it! There are some uh-ohs that I made that show when you get up close, but I’ve decided to just remember it next time I wrap it and slowly improve my skills. It’s always nice learning something new. In the pictures she is covered with pollen, but here are some I took today after getting back from college.

Yep, every 2018+ I have seen in the U.K. and the cars we could look at in the dealers all had chrome rings, but not mine, mine was special, special enough where they couldn’t decide so they gave me one of each ...

The thing is it isn’t just a ring, the full door card is required ... !

3/24/2021:

I installed SR Performance vertical links on my car, these parts are a pain to install and I didn't bother using all of the supplied washers. As long as the bolts and nuts go in easy, job done!


I torqued the top bolts to 76 ft lbs and the bottom bolts to 129 ft lbs.

I've heard two jacks help a lot with installing them. Insert the lower bolt and then place a jack under and the vertical link bottom bolt and raise until the top bolt aligns. I haven't installed mine yet but will go that route.

$1540 shipped. The main reason I picked these rims over the SVE SP2s is because I did not want a gloss black rim but wanted this rim design. I really liked the fact that these are matte black rims and I think they will contrast better with the gloss black paint on the car and when the tires are cleaned and shined.
