Yeah, it was a frigid 75° today, I had to put on a wool sweater and turn on the heater before I put the top down ...Yeah,......that's definitely a sad day for sure.
Gloss would match the other black items you have on your carGot a Mach1 inspired hood stripe from BigWormGraphix and now I’m itching to install it.
I went with matte black, but now I’m having second thoughts and thinking maybe I should have done gloss...
First, "lunacy": If the batter (sic) failed to start the engine after a short (very?) drive, The battery would be trash and I'd have to deal with it. If it kept enough charge to restart one or two or three times there might be hope for it.well, if all you have is 6V your batter is trash. It either shorted or some interconnect leads broke. And do elaborate on what lunacy calls for 'restarting the car 3x after coming home' from a very short drive.
How did you go about this trim? What did you use? Also any suggestions on a paint company that can handle engine bay temps?Hey Scott, I did a similar job last week. Those Bullitt covers end up being expensive considering the included hoses are not needed. I got the engine cover idea from Chef jpd in a recent post.
Just a look, in case your interested.I've always wanted to put bronze wheels on my grey cars. Not ruling it out this time, but I'm leaning toward silver. I just feel like I'd get tired of the bronze after awhile.
