I like how they look.

Got my new wheels on today, slight issue though. the lug nuts work from my old wheels, I want them on it. but the sockets! will not fit into the hole to tighten them down. I have a 19mm thin wall socket, its like the same size as the hole, so damn close. but no cigar.

is there an awesome ultra ultra thin walled 19 or 3/4 socket? I dont know which is bigger or smaller, but both those sizes fit this lgunut.

Got a new wheel tire setup that is entirely too aggressive, and had to get the fenders pulled/rolled.

But.....I think I might need to dump my s.o. and marry this car....

I ripped out every interior piece of my trunk as I found water on both sides this week...

This last week has been a challenge. It's been raining pretty often and hard here in North FL.... until today - been nice and dry. Cleaned up and water tested both corners of the rear window and quarter rear windows... nothin'.... dry as a bone and no water intrusion.

The two fabric stickers covering the holes on each side closest to the tire were suspect. But the pooling was still happening even when the car sat during the rain and I put some electrical tape over the holes and made sure the tape adhered around them. So there's that... going to see if I can find some rubber plugs soon.

Not that I can recreate the leak on my own.... and i'm just not sure about the passenger side of the trunk, but during those rain bouts on the driver side have noticed where were water is dripping below the trunks drain channel hitting the inner fender... so i'm thinking third brake light... and i'm not ready to pull that. I guess I should contact the dealer about a replacement.

I just don't know.
Did you change your trunk struts, I change mine and water was coming in the trunk, dealer fix it for free.

it is very hard to find ammo here
got good stock on 5.56 3k
running very very short on 9mm about 250

Reloading is the way to go with 9mm. Although even reloading supplies are tough to get these days too. But a box of 100 coated rounds can be reloaded for around 5 bucks a box.

Discovered I made a very costly mistake, apparently Michelin 305/35/20 and 285/35/20 tires have a taller sidewall than my previous 35 tires. Ugh, now I have rubbing with the Steeda minimum drop springs (only .5" lower all around too). I would have ordered the 30's had I known, never crossed my mind that they would be different. So now I have to install rear spring spacers back to factory ride height and Steeda front camber plates with their adjustable ride height kit. 4th time is a charm I suppose. The car will still look lowered even though technically its not but due to variations from Ford I guess my car was lower to begin with.

I ordered 275/40/19 for my 9.5 wheel because my 255 is too small, we test fit a 275 today, and it was barely flush with my rim, like still looked sorta small for this damn wheel face.

we tossed a 285/35/19 on my wheel as test fit. dats it. everyone agreed, it only ads a slight hair of protection and fills it out. I am kinda sad I have wheel gap, but it is what it is.

we tossed it on front and back of car, forgot to take more photos. but here it is with it on rear. I have 5mm spacer all way around, it does poke a hair in the back, and flush in front. if I remove the rear 5mm spacer, I wonder if the front will be further out than rear?

does anyone know how many MM difference between front and back of car to make them flush? if its 5mm difference, I may remove the spacer on rear.

heres the photos I did take though. I have to have 5mm due to if not I will hit my caliper on front.

pic has the 285 on back. hoping my lug nuts show up friday too. I can have new wheels and lugs all installed together.

I uploaded the 2nd revision from Purple Drank Tuning to my car today, the revision also includes a 10R80 TCM tune in addition to the ECU tune.

The car is coming along great and I cannot be happier with the fantastic job the tuning company has been doing on my car in terms of making it faster.
