Just vacuumed and cleaned it up. Here’s better photos, there’s a slight wrinkle in bottom right, I did it alone oh well. I had it stretched out and everything just had small one apparently. I can always re do it one day.

2 bolts, and it pops out. Brackets stay on it, I’m happy thouth.

Gonna put a little self adhesive felt over the metal on back of the wall, to prevent metal noise if something was to bump it.

Just noticed I have a bump under carpet on the right of sub. Must have something under the carpet Gonna have to look later.

Edit, nothing under it that’s wrong. Just a weird caulk stuff for trunk seam there.

Installed the ford racing carbon fiber shift knob. First impressions - it’s pretty slick, literally. It’s lighter than stock and It feels a little more notchy. I only drove it for 30 mins so too early to tell. Looks great though.

that looks pretty nice. i had a weighted shift knob on my 2012 and it was nice at first, but i got tired of having no feel and ended up switching to the much lighter black ford racing knob and liked that a lot better

How is it temperature wise? Does it got hot? I've got am aftermarket ine I bought from another member here, and I love it. Except it gets blistering hot in the summer and ice cold in the winter. Looking for a better solution.

Finally installed the Scott Drake decklid. First one came damaged, second one was lost in transit, third time was a charm. There was a VERY tiny chip missing in the top left corner, but it was so miniscule that I just said fuck it and did the install. Cleaned up the back nicely and has a great curvature in the design...

How hard was the install? Any issues?

Ignored pitiful whimpering from the garaged car. It is sniveling about a lack of attention to:

Finishing installation of the Steeda hood props, now that the weird nut and bolt are on hand (Thank yous to TJ and Matt)
Starting installation of Hide-A-Plate machinery
Making final decisions:
· Black (original) strut brace, or silver (GT)
· Gloss Black, Chrome, or Fluorescent orange "EB" badges on fenders, rear panel and/or strut brace
· Clean, clay-bar, polish, wax, seal wheel surfaces
· Replace standard lug nuts with black open-end nuts with screw-in dress-up plugs
· Blue, gold, reflective or fluorescent orange dress-up plugs?
· Finalize stripe configuration and color for "pit", hood, trunk lid, rear panel
· Remove Automotive Authority spare tire and modify fitment for easier access
· Design and install a simple hook under the center of the trunk lid opening upper edge (keeps grocery bags from tipping during transit)
· Do a glare reduction as in the previous car (GT coupe), even more necessary in the convertible with the top down*
· Cover sunshade warning stickers (plain surface or chalk-board capable?)
· Struggle with FordPass© or forget it
· "Lip spoiler" on trunk in "wing" position, or no?
· Dash mat: yea or nay?
· Swap-in dual horns
· Add small Terlingua Racing Team and Team Shelby badges to rear of trunk lid?
· Location for Terlingua Racing Team small stickers?
·

MTK, as they say...

*Don't drive wearing a bright-color shirt in high-noon sun and top down, if you want to be able to see close to normally.

Pulled it out of the garage so I could clean my garage. Dusted it off and drove it 7 miles, now has 115 miles on the clock. My 135i is feeling a little jealous.
