FYI and tip for anyone doing trim work regarding the OEM clips. They are pretty expensive directly from Ford, $2-$3 bucks a piece. I bought 30 clips on Amazon for $12. The manufacturer is Rezka and they are the orange clips below next to the blue and yellow OEM clips. These are the same clips on my F150 as well. These trim clips seem to disappear like the battery cover clips.

Today I went for a drive around the lake in the Napa Valley and had breakfast at a lil spot. When I came out to the car I saw a nail in the left rear tire. Checked it out, it wasn't leaking. Went straight home and got my car on the Quickjack. Pulled out a roofing nail and plugged it.

I was concerned about that too. Had my friend that is a mechanic look at it and he said it should be fine. Hard to tell in the picture, It was 1-3/4" away from the sidewall. It's just temporary anyway. My tire is a special order, 5-7 days out and I don't daily my Mustang anyway.

Rule of thumb .... literally if the puncture

is a thumb away from the side wall it should be replaced . On the other hand check the tire manifactures Web site they should state what they recommend . Just saying

Uses the same holes that the OEM spoiler does. There's one nut on each side of the trunk and there's two in the middle; you have to take off the trunk liner to get to the ones in the middle. The hardest part is getting all the adhesive off, it was the longest part of the process. I used a heat gun and eventually got the spoiler off but there was still a lot of it stuck to the car. I got about 95% of it off before frustration set in and I just left it alone lol. Probably took about 45mins - 1 hour overall. PM me for more detail

I did the same thing too this week, but I kinda blew a little extra on the full pony package decklid. But happy with the results of swapping out my blank decklid, it matches my GT/CS grill more. Now I need to go back and work some OT.

No joke... that decklid’s like $400?

I do love the look though!

Meh, nothing new, as usual drove it around town for about 45 minutes in the morning and then once back home, washed the lovebugs off of it.
