Pulled my water hoses back out of winter storage. Things you never expect where you live.... really hoping that it does rain tomorrow as forecast. Sitting about 1/4 mile from my house and 0% contained, very difficult terrain but fortunately the ski area has their snow guns on and soaking the mountain to try and slow it down. As a side note, the fire is at the exact same place a F3 tornado hit 30 years ago, another thing you don't expect in the mountains of MA.

Stay safe. We're having same wild fire issues in NJ. Supposed to get 1" - 2" rain tonight which will be great help. Had a fire about a mile from home which luckily was contained.

Added Startron to tank, filled it and put away for winter. I see the 350 thread also screwed up the pics!

After installing steeda springs, bump steer, sway bars, end links, stop the hop, etc, etc. A few short hours at Texas Track Works in Fort Worth, Tx. Got her a nice mildly aggressive all wheel alignment, zeroed out the sways, and a clean bill of health. Drives like a freaking dream. Sharp turn in, smooth over bumps, and looking sharp as hell.

Nothing special but got some new tires on the back end. Went with the Atturo AZ850 after hearing a bunch of reviews on them. I'm looking to get a new set of wheels next year and just needed a pair that'll work till then.

First impressions (previous tire was the glorious Nitto G2): edge of the tire is more rounded vs squared, makes it look beefier? Grip seems to be better, was able to stab it in 2nd and had more traction than previously.

This is a weekend/nice weather driver, it won't see snow or inclement weather.

Today was the day of mods to improve shifting.

* Replaced the stock MT-82 fluid with BG Products Syncro Shift II with the MGC additive
* Installed the Steeda Mustang MT-82 Transmission Mount Bushing Insert
* Installed Steeda S550 Mustang Shifter Base Bushing Bracket

And one non shifting part

* Installed AEM Dryflow Air Filter

After a short test drive i'd say the shifting is greatly improved. No more nibbles going from gear to gear, and the shifter has way less slop. I haven't tried shifting at high RPMs to see if the lockout is fixed so I'll have to wait and see on the.

The transmission insert did seem to add a little NVH when I first started, but it disappeared throughout the first drive.

The irony of life. The new tires did great, vast improvement over the old G2s but I wasn't allowed to have too much fun.

Hit a small wash out in the road and back end goes wonky, the wheel breaks in half, and I'm stuck without a spare. Ended up getting another wheel and tire, just to be able to put it on the trailer and get it home. Once home, go to back it off and the front lip gets caught on the trailer and pop, front clip is now loose in multiple areas.

It's now in the garage and going to wait a while for this bad spell to pass over before I start figuring out what is all damaged and begin the repairs.

I gotta get me one of those. My Billetworkz gets both hot and cold depending on the weather :)
