Yes, the tr-bar is colored. Borders may be different, size may be different, but the important part is the red white and blue tri-bar.Are there any differences on that one compared to the one used on the V6?

I said no, the Ecoboost Pony package has colored tri bars. You responded:That's the V6 emblem. The Ecoboost is just the running horse.
Sigh. Not the one YOU referred to.The bars are colored red, white and blue on every tri-bar Mustang emblem made.
Too long ago, I believe I just measured the filter and bought it by size.I read through the other post and no one confirmed the correct part number. Do you happen to remember?
Nice. We were there last August for a few nights. Unfortunately a lot of places were closed. Great tour of the battlefields though which was worth the trip. Check out the Gettysburg Museum. They have Maj Dick Winters display.Packed up for another road trip…drove 500 miles today to Gettysburg PA for a couple days![]()

Ikr lol, I should put a GT500 spoiler on and really confuse people lol.people will think you have an Ecoboost!! Fancy!
I've thought about yanking it off but I just can't justify it. Doing that would mean I literally spent $600 for one emblem, I'll live with the accent line for now lol. That emblem on a smooth panel would be awesome though. I'll probably end up doing it one day, after I feel like I got my money's worth out of the panel.I REALLY want a Pony Package trunk emblem for my GT. Best looking emblem by far. Can't find an emblem anywhere and even if I wanted to spend $5xx for the whole panel, I would yank it off and put it on my existing smooth panel. Someday, a part number for the emblem will leak or I'll come across a damaged panel with untouched emblem.

Band of brothers was an awesome series. I recently finished reading Dick Winters book….Hang Tough. These were the greatest generation!I had to look him up. That's the Band of Brothers guy. Interesting bio. Thanks for the history lesson nudge.
Damn Jersey. Ran no front on my '03 Cobra for 11 years and got pulled only once.Installed the Craig's license plate bracket. It's a quality product. Thanks @Bobn57, @tomservo92, @Mach VII for your inputs. Turns out it's the same kit for all the GT, Mach and EcoBoost cars, even though they ask you to choose. The GT350 mounting bracket is different however.

It's definitely "the principle of it" thing with me. It's bad enough that any of the emblems probably cost Ford $10 to make. But even if $600 isn't much money, my brain says no to paying 60 time more. Would be the same for a stick of gum that cost 3 cents to make. Wouldn't pay $1.80 for it on principle no matter how much exercise my jaw muscles needed.I've thought about yanking it off but I just can't justify it. I'm in Bergen County. Was driving w FL plates on my truck and Stangs for a while. Would often get asked were my plate was by cops who would approach from the front at intersections until they saw it was FL on the rear and then left me alone. I think it's a Bergen County thing. But I don't even want a second look.Damn Jersey. Ran no front on my '03 Cobra for 11 years and got pulled only once.
