Got a flat tire today. In the company parking lot. Went to pull the wheel off, with everyone watching of course, and the wheel wouldn't come off. Had to get a hammer and hit it from the back side. With my boss watching from his range rover. What a pain in the ass.

Does anyone put any type of anti-sieze stuff against the hub?
Sorry to hear about that. Sounds really frustrating.

Yeah. Had to drive home with 3 different sized tires. I do believe that's the first time I drove home at or below the speed limit ever.

Details please. What brand, amount? I'm going to have to pull all of the wheels off and apply.
Remove the wheel. Clean the hub and make sure it is smooth.. then apply a LIGHT layer around the hub and on each lug stud then reinstall the wheel. Repeat the process every time you remove the wheel and this will never happen again. My car does not see very much rain but the water is very hard and I wash the car a lit so the water will leave hard water deposit. This is why I do it.

i have black wheels and almost every time I get some on my hands and then on the wheels. I just wipe it off with a shop towel. Dont goop it on just a thin even coat. and before you reapply clean off the old stuff so wont get a build up.

Interesting. I've never had to give more than a tug left and right to get any wheel loose on my cars that are driven on a regular basis. But I sure have been in shops where I see they have to use a rubber hammer or something similar to get the wheels to become loose.

Got this (borla switchfire midpipe) today and installed it later in the evening. Did it with only the rear jacked up and on stands. Somewhat of a pain for a 1 person job but got it done and couldn't be happier. I put up sound samples on my IG with each active mode.

It's the MRR M600 wheels Sam, it happened to me on a tire rotation (front only). They are a tight fit.

I used this because it's what I had on hand. Put some around the the inside of the center as well.

Thanks and thanks Bill. I don't always get what the abbreviations stand for.
