Hi. I just installed my Z1 Addons Front Tow Hook. I didn't have to remove the front bumper just the belly splash pan. I Dremel out the 20mm hole for the hook rod access and used a 2" Rubber washer to slide over the 20mm Shaft to lay against the grill hiding the cutout

of the hole.

Mine is enjoying it's slumber in a climate controlled garage. Only to see the light of day when my ex wife is nowhere to be seen. Being the dog that she is, she will lay in wait for the unsuspecting to approach. Then, in a flash, rise from the bar ditch and give chase in an effort to bite the tires.

Truly don't want to risk blood splatter all over my freshly detailed Velocity Blue paint.

Glad to hear you didn't have to remove the bumper. I've got one waiting in the box for some warmer weather (it's a whopping 6 degrees right now).

How was the install otherwise? Anything I need to be aware of, or tips?

Damn glad I live in N central TX hill country. Rarely see it. Melts rapidly when it does and never sticks to the roads. Growing up in CO, it was cool as we'd ski to school. As an adult ? Sucks !
