If it is like the Beith wheels, then they take the OEM part and recover with the leather. Let's hope they are not using the recalled airbags lol.

Looks great but......honestly unless you get a written guarantee that it will operate exactly like an O.E.M. cover I'd stay away form it.

The clips that hold these on are super tight and the cup holder has 6 T20 screws theres 4 7mm bolts under the front side bolsters. unplug 2 harness's remove,transfer clips and cup holder and that's it.

New caps from ford are cheap in the big scheme of things (at least in the U.K.), so I bought new and painted them so I can keep the OE lime ones for future :

Same here. Make sure you order two though. I thought they came as a set, but mine came as individuals. Second time around I ordered some Ford logo ones for the company truck.

I forgot about the seatbacks when I commented on the weight. Oops. But there was no way the weight savings was going to be anywhere close to 30 lbs., and your report of 32.6 lbs total for the seatbacks and cushion confirms that.


There should be plywood or MDF under the upholstery man, and it's heavy. Weight depends on the thickness of it, but weight savings should be minimal, if at all. And unless you enjoy tons more road noise from the back, and not being able to put anything on the shelf, you want plywood or MDF there.

I put Shrader kit in mine and I'd be real surprised if it weighed more than 10 lbs. I removed the seat belts as well so probably a 30 lb saving.

I installed the Watson Racing Kit and it was like ~5 lbs. All the fasteners were plastic and the material itself was pressed cloth fiber board. Very similar to the material on the back of the seatbacks.
