Anybody can pass emissions in Cali if you have headers you just got to know the right person.

I live in Wisconsin. About 20 minutes north of Milwaukee on Lake Michigan. South Eastern Wisconsin out to Madison are some of the only counties that require emissions testing. Once you get slightly more north, they drop the testing requirement.It used to be knowing the right person in the past, but now (for me at least), it's the right person and a few Benjamins
Baer Eradispeed+. They cost a mint, but each rear is 6 pounds lighter than stock, and each front is 10 lighter, so 32 pounds total, unsprung, and rotating mass. And they look great IMO.Nice! What kind of rotors? Got a pic? TIA.
