So my sister bought me a Dash mat. She had it embroidered.

"Matt's Stang" :frusty:

I love you sister but wtf... were you thinking?

It hasn't arrived yet and I did my best not to look disappointed. God I hate Christmas sometimes. Reminds me of the time my step sister bought me superman underoos and I was in JR high.
Bless her heart. You HAVE to post a picture of it in your car for us!

LOL too funny, but they do look great, even with the "ricey" sticker. Sounds like they are applied with two sided tape. Do they feel secure and solid once taped or do they have a little play? Concerned that they might come loose over time with washing etc.? Your thoughts?

They aren't coming off until I want them to come off. You would literally have to rip the whole light assembly out to get them off without the proper tools.

I used VHB tape with 3M adhesion promoter. Then I ran a bead of black RTV silicone across the top of them to seal out any moisture.

Nice, it's what I did to mine also until I can get something more aggressive.

Definitely better then keep the base bumper stock.

Still do not have my 2018 Mustang. Cotus says 7 more days. I started ordering simple parts...Hood Struts from CJ Pony, they said in early Dec they would work, now they will not work. Getting return shipping today. Ordered JTL 3.0 Oil Seperator from LMR, JTL changed the part #, Sent that one back, getting the correct one today. Do not be an early adapter. Was just trying to be proactive.

Got my Ford Racing mufflers welded on today, initial thoughts from my 5 minute drive back to work: sounds great on the V6 with GT pipes!

Figured I'd snap a quick pic of the black tips before the rain kicked back on again.

Thanks and I'm trying to figure out if they're the Sport or Touring version at the moment, but it is one of these two (but black tips):

Ford Performance by Borla Sport

Ford Performance by Borla Touring

I think it came off of a cat-back system because those are the only ones I can find with the black tips, but based on exterior characteristics there doesn't seem to be a way to tell the two mufflers apart.

Edit » as a note, I already had a GT takeoff exhaust on my car so the pipes fit right together so if you did it to a stock V6 you would probably need an adapter in there and it might sound different too.

Edit 2 » heard back from Chris @ Borla and based on some pics looking down the pipe, he's pretty sure they're Touring mufflers.
