Painted the front and rear calipers to add a bit of color, I used the red G2 kit.

I picked up my Steeda Stop the Hop package plus Steeda Vertical links. Can't wait to get these installed when the weather is warmer here in MN. Anyone done this installation? Is this something I can do in my garage?

I've done the braces only. They were easy. From the looks of it a garage self install should be doable by anyone that can handle a spring install. But you will need an alignment after and should probably do that at a shop.

I put those on my Taurus several years ago. Let me guess, GM’s Delco Remy 4-note horns that came from a big body Cadillac or Buick?

Bought a couple small things for the car, one of them being a db meter and a new resonator. MF 12469.jpg

Yes sir, that's the one. This set is off of a Cadillac. The A, C, D, and F notes end up with a Dm7 chord which resembles a train. The early GM's are the loudest legal horn set allowed at 120+ dB. I just realized I'm out of 12 gauge wire, so I'll have to wait for that to arrive.

They can be found new but they no longer offer the C note for sale. IMO the old metal ones sound better.

I put their subframe braces on in my driveway. Only issue I had was that on the driver side, the slots were a little too close together, or maybe the bolt holes in my chassis were a little too far apart, so I couldn't quite get those bolts in until I widened the slots by a sixteenth or so with a drill. Other than that, nothing to it.

I have vertical links and IRS tiedowns in a box, waiting like you for warmer weather.

Installed a Steeda 2 point G Trac brace. Front end is tightened up even more.
