Yeah, there is plenty of power up there to tap into. You just need to buy the Taps on amazon then get your 12Vs from a connector.

This Dash camera setup below is the best way I would do it. Not sure if the quality of the camera is great but the mounting solution is what I like and it has its own harness that clicks into the stock harness.

They do look nice but I’m curious: other than the logo how do they compare to the standard OEM mats? Are they any heavier?

Its basically the same, I don't see a difference in quality or thickness between the two.

The car has 2,600 miles on it, and already got an alignment after a few hundred miles or so. I also have 2 track days on it.

I did some drifting on winter tyres, this looks far worse, must be from the track. Winter or all season tyres don't belong on the dry track at all

So they’re manufactured the 25th week of 2022 (mid June 2022), that looks like pretty unusual wear for a tire that new. Probably worth taking to a tire shop, you can likely get them replaced under warranty. Have you done any tracking on them? Others can chime in as well, but to me they look like they got heated up pretty good.

Looked all over for a cordless radar detector to no avail. 30 yrs ago I had an Escort I used when I traveled for business?

These are both for the Uniden R7. But if you go on the website they have other Radar detector mounts and taps.

Thanks, everyone. Now I know for next time. I had a set on my previous mustang that I ran at the track one day but they looked fine the next day. It was that side wear that had me concerned. Ill make sure to run the cup2 next time.
