Had the LTH Xpipe from Steeda installed this morning. My face hurts from grinning. None of the Xpipe videos I’ve seen are able show how much louder these cars are with the resonators deleted. Wish I’d done it sooner.

Nice display of model years there!
I've driven the Saleen on the right. Built bottom end; bored to 347 with LTH. Just an animal

The Orange fox has a 363, Shorty Heads and a Procharger. A vulgar display of power.

The Black Cobra is pushing close to 500 at the wheels along with some other goodies.

I've had as much fun in that Saleen as I have my 350. It takes me back to being a kid and cruising with my dad and cousin's in their foxes etc.

Big week for us this week, with some bumps in the road as expected. Reached our break-in mark. 8250 here we come!

Getting the annual inspect and oil change was an entire circus. Scheduled an appt with local dealer 2 weeks in advance - because I anticipated the worst. Besides being asked if I wanted full synthetic (um), they didn't have the filter!

I do have to say, the techs loved the ride - basically everyone in the dealership came out to check her out. Some couldn't keep their hands off of her - very weird and frustrating to see someone slide their hand across the swing, but fun to see the general admiration.

We did get the oil change done the following day with the full 10qts - new ford filter and plug - and no leaks. Some fingerprints to remove when we got home and all those "new purchase" FordPass points are gone, but we're good for another year.

They took pretty good care of her, used the right lifts and did the best they could to keep her clean.

I had a couple MOVs to add, but that file format doesn't work here.

Based on the owners supplement I don't believe you had to wait for 1k miles to hit redline. My understanding is 100 miles and then you should be good to go. Beyond that you shouldn't do it frequently until you hit 1K miles.

In other words, don't track the car until you've put 1k on the odometer. I for one anyway have done maybe half a dozen pulls to 8250, but only in first or second gear. I've got somewhere between 450 and 500 on the odo.

You are correct sir! And as you note - tough to get to redline in other gears and stay out of jail.

Choose your battles. It’s pretty easy to do in my neck of the woods.
In the city? No way.

I actually picked up the same windshield banner to try on my HEPR. Not really sure I’m gonna like it, but I can always remove it! Maybe one day I’ll try it. Still on the fence!
I think it works great on his grabber blue, but i'm not positive on a HEP. Even though it's the same car, it's a different car.

Installed the Billetworkz knob this morning. Going to take it for a spin this afternoon and see how it feels while driving. Really really nice piece.
