Let it warm up before ripping on it and check your oil routinely. Turn your AC off if you are going to be blasting high RPM’s. That’s about it
I do. Oil must be at least 190 degree like in the guide.

And I’ll remember that when I track it. AC clutch has already been replaced in mine before I bought it but the AC clutch is still loud when it kicks in.

edit: already checked oil 3 times after buying it to watch it as I have a limited warrenty from the dealer. It seems good so far after 200~ miles.

Also the second owner took it to the dealer a fair amount so im not too concerned at 22k miles on it.

1 more question:

I seem to have a warm Idle 'tick'. Finding other threads say this is normal. Giving it any throttle and it goes away.
This normal? Or known?

edit: I dont hear it all the time at warm idle

Do a search for piston slap and read until you can’t stand it anymore, lol. See if that topic fits the bill. I bet you’ll find it does.

Washed her yesterday . . . spraying a quick-detailer on the wheels afterwards seems to do a great deal in terms of keeping them cleaner, longer. Also used my first Griot PFM drying towel. Never going back - game changer!

Also used tweezers to get some bug carcasses out of the grill - long overdue.

Took it to Summit Point for Nasa Mid Atlantic Fall Finale. The Super Sports I've run all season are done so I had to take it easy but still a lot of fun seat time. Saturday was carnage day. First session a Civic lost the engine and put down a ton of oil. Ended that one 3 laps in. Second session a 350z went inverted into the tire wall on the outlap and that ended the second session. Remaining two sessions in my group were smooth but others weren't so lucky. Sunday morning my buddy with a 911 kissed the wall next to last lap in the first session. Minor damage so should be back again next season.

Fastest lap of the weekend for me. Critique away lol.

stayed in redline way too long
LOL HP Tuners must think you have a 3v 4.6 in there or something. I love you short shiting at like 7,900 and it still not dropping back out of the video overlay's perceived redline.

I think I can tweak that redline in HP Tuner but just forgot to do it. Pretty sure once I go to a 200TW tire I can just stay in 4th for turn 10 onto the front straight and skip that downshift altogether. Pushing it any harder now makes it want to go visit the rumble strip as you saw LOL.

Every article I've ever read about them has been extremely extremely favorable. Any chance I could get you shoot me some good pics? Would love to especially see how the 325 fits the rear Signature wheels. Thanks man!
sorry it took me so long 🙃

That makes me sad to read.
Shame on you. You’ll need to give your car away immediately.
Alright Troops, Turn 180... I'm receiving friendly fire back here!

In my weak defense, I shift in normal street driving between 4 - 5K.
Every time I get on it hard, or spirited Mountain drives, it's 7500 - 8000 rpm's using the shift indicator lights.

With 54,000 miles, there has been a lot more street driving than the other.
